How do I return?

• Choose which drop-off point you'd like to return from. You can find a list of your nearest drop-off points when creating your return.
•  We offer a 30-day returns period for online purchases (from date of receipt).
• Return price 2.15 Eur.

by DPD PICK UP point

• Returns price 3.30 Eur
• Refunds are only available for orders that have been delivered to a DPD pick up point or by DPD courier.
• On receipt of a parcel, the customer is notified by SMS and/or email about the possibility of return. In addition, a PIN code or QR code is provided in the message/email. Using either of the two, you can print out a return label in the self-service parcel terminal and send the parcel back.
